When is the RSVP deadline?

January 1, 2027

As a destination wedding, we're asking for your RSVP a little sooner than usual so everyone has plenty of time to arrange travel. The earlier we hear from you, the better the flights and rooms you'll find — and it lets us invite alternates if seats open up.

Where should I stay, and is there a room block?

No room block, you’re free to book wherever suits you. Largo Resort is the center of the weekend, and there’s plenty nearby along the Overseas Highway.

For a reliable hotel close to the action, we’d point you to the Hampton Inn Key Largo, the Holiday Inn Key Largo, or the Courtyard by Marriott Beach Resort, all within a few miles of the resort and right on the water. If you’d rather have your own space or you’re coming with a group, Airbnb and VRBO have loads of home and condo rentals in the area.

Either way, book early: March is peak season in the Keys and it’s Easter weekend, so the good spots go fast. Please review our Travel page for more details.

What’s the weather like in Key Largo in March?

Just about perfect. This is the dry season with highs in the upper 70s, lows in the upper 60s, low humidity, and not much rain. The reef water sits in the mid-70s. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a light layer for the evenings, and you’re set.

What events should I know about?

THURSDAY (3/25) - Rehearsal Dinner (private, invitation-only, sent with the wedding invitation). If you’re not invited, the evening is yours to explore Key Largo. Please see our Things to Do guide.

FRIDAY (3/26) - Ceremony at 5:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour and the reception. Beach formal attire. Dress code inspiration here.

SATURDAY (3/27) - "One Last Splash" - Before we head home, join us for a casual poolside gathering with cocktails, sunshine, and good company. The party starts at 2 PM. Beach chic attire encouraged. Dress code inspiration here.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:45 PM so everyone is seated and settled. The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM sharp.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our celebration is entirely outdoors, under the open sky and right on the water. The ceremony takes place on the beach, cocktail hour follows in the shade nearby, and dinner and dancing continue into the evening. It's a barefoot-in-the-sand kind of night so dress for the breeze, come ready for sunset, and plan to be outside with us from start to finish. We recommend sunglasses during the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Only if your invitation specifically includes one — check the envelope addressing. We wish we could host everyone’s friends and partners, but venue capacity meant keeping the list tight.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Note them when you RSVP. Our caterer handles vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergies easily. For anything severe or unusual, message us directly and we’ll coordinate with the kitchen.

Are children invited?

We love your kids, but this is an adults-only weekend celebration.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

It’s an unplugged ceremony, so phones away and silenced, please. Our photographer has it covered and we’ll share the photos. Once the ceremony’s over, snap away.

Are you accepting gifts?

There’s a registry and a honeymoon fund on the Registry page — your presence is the real gift, but if you’d like to celebrate with something, that’s the place.
